1. Acceptance of Terms

This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of dispute or ambiguity.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to xbjj is restricted to adults who meet all eligibility criteria set out below.
To be eligible to register and use xbjj, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Service:

xbjj conducts age verification as part of its standard account review process. We may at any time request documentation to verify your age and identity, including but not limited to a government-issued national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and, where applicable, the return of any unplayed deposit balance.
Any account found to be registered by or used by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed. All wagering activity conducted by such an account will be declared void. Any net winnings accumulated by an underage account will be forfeited. Any deposits made to an underage account will be returned to the original payment source after deducting any amounts that were wagered.

3. Account Registration
Each user is permitted one account. Accurate information is required at registration and must be kept up to date.
To access the full features of the xbjj platform — including making deposits, placing wagers, and withdrawing winnings — you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to supply accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method details.
You are strictly limited to one registered account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was performed by you or by a third party who gained access to your account. xbjj reserves the right to refuse any application for account registration, or to close an existing account, at our sole discretion. We are not required to provide a reason for declining a registration application.
Account Information Accuracy
The personal information you provide during registration — and any updates you make thereafter — must be accurate and truthful. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration is a material breach of this Agreement and grounds for immediate account closure. Name, date of birth, and contact details must match the documentation you provide during verification.
You are responsible for updating your account information promptly if any of your details change. This is particularly important for your email address, which is the primary channel through which xbjj communicates account notices, verification requests, and security alerts.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
xbjj supports a range of Bangladesh-native payment methods. All financial transactions are subject to the policies below.
xbjj accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposit and withdrawal transactions must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Payments from or to third-party accounts — regardless of relationship — are not permitted. Where a third-party payment is identified, the account will be suspended pending investigation and any associated withdrawal request will be placed on hold until the source of funds is satisfactorily established.
Deposits are credited to your xbjj playing balance following confirmation from the relevant payment processor. For MFS methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), this is typically near-instantaneous. For bank transfers, processing times of 1–3 hours apply during business hours.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes set out in the table below. xbjj does not charge platform-side fees on withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible (same-source policy). Where the original method is unavailable, an alternative verified method may be used subject to additional verification.

xbjj reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting source-of-funds documentation for large transactions. Where enhanced due diligence is triggered, the processing timeline may be extended. We will notify you promptly by email if this applies to your withdrawal request.
Any balance that remains inactive (no login and no wagering activity) for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as a dormant account. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 (or the remaining balance if lower) will be deducted from dormant account balances until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by a successful login.
5. Bonus & Promotions Policy
Bonuses and promotions are offered at xbjj's discretion and are subject to the wagering requirements and conditions set out here and in each individual promotion.
xbjj offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are awarded at xbjj's sole discretion and xbjj reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all xbjj promotions:
- Wagering Requirements: All bonus amounts must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated clearly in that promotion's specific terms and conditions.
- Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10%–20%) or may be entirely excluded. The contribution rates applicable to each promotion are specified in the individual promotion terms.
- Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and any associated free spins must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unused bonus funds expire after this period without exception.
- Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active and wagering requirements remain outstanding, a maximum bet limit of ৳500 per round or spin applies to all games. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in the bonus being voided and associated winnings being forfeited.
- One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while a previous bonus's wagering requirements are outstanding will cause the previous bonus to be forfeited.
- Duplicate Account Exclusion: Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Claiming the same promotion across multiple accounts is considered bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses claimed and may lead to permanent account closure.
xbjj employs automated monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns that may be indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing low-risk hedge bets across multiple outcomes with the intention of meeting wagering requirements without genuine risk. Where such patterns are detected, xbjj reserves the right to void the bonus, reclaim any associated winnings, and close the account.
Slots Contribute 100%
All slot titles in the xbjj Casino lobby — including those from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — contribute 100% toward bonus wagering requirements unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
Sports Betting Contribution

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered user of xbjj, you accept the following obligations and agree to refrain from any of the prohibited behaviours listed below.
Your Obligations as a User
As an xbjj user, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal, recreational purposes and to comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account and must take reasonable steps to secure your account credentials.
You agree to cooperate fully and promptly with any identity verification or source-of-funds request made by xbjj as part of our standard compliance procedures. Failure to cooperate with such requests is grounds for account restriction or closure.

Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:
- Registering more than one account (duplicate accounts)
- Using another person's account or payment method
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage

- Using any automated software, bot, script, or system to interact with the platform
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other players

- Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal financial activity through the platform
- Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute a payment after it has been credited to your xbjj account

- Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where its use is prohibited by law
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
xbjj takes violations of these obligations seriously. Depending on the nature and severity of the breach, xbjj may take one or more of the following actions:
- Issue a formal warning to the account holder
- Temporarily restrict or suspend the account pending investigation
- Void any wagers placed in connection with the prohibited conduct
- Reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings
- Permanently close the account and forfeit the remaining balance (in cases of fraud, money laundering, or serious breach)
- Report the activity to relevant financial institutions, law enforcement agencies, or regulatory bodies as required by applicable law
Where an account is closed for a material breach of these terms, the affected user may be permanently barred from re-registering under any name, device, or payment method.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
Accounts may be suspended or closed by either xbjj or the account holder under the circumstances described below.
Closure Requested by the User
You may close your xbjj account at any time by contacting [email protected] with your account details and a clear request for closure. Upon receiving a valid closure request, xbjj will process the closure within one business day. Any remaining verified balance in your account at the time of closure (after deduction of any outstanding bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.
Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — should use the self-exclusion tool available in their account settings or request self-exclusion via the support team. Self-exclusion closures are processed within one hour and cannot be reversed for the duration of the chosen exclusion period (minimum six months).
Suspension or Closure by xbjj
xbjj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal financial conduct
- Duplicate account detection
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a bank or payment provider
- Inability to verify the user's age as 18 or above
- Requirement to comply with applicable law, regulation, or a court order
- Inactivity for 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy)
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, xbjj will make reasonable efforts to complete the investigation within 14 days and notify the account holder of the outcome. Where a suspension results in permanent closure, xbjj will handle any remaining verified balance in accordance with applicable legal requirements and our internal compliance procedures.
Self-Exclusion Closure
Self-exclusion is a permanent or long-term closure for responsible gaming reasons. Minimum duration is six months. During self-exclusion, all marketing communications are suppressed and account access is fully disabled.
Balance on Closure
Verified balances are returned on account closure after deducting any unmet bonus wagering amounts. Returns are processed to the original payment source within 5 business days of the closure confirmation.
8. Limitation of Liability
xbjj's liability to users is limited as described in this section. Please read this section carefully.
xbjj provides the Service on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted access to the platform, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times, free from errors, or secure from external interference. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xbjj, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of winnings, revenue, profits, or data resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control
- Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service

- Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. The xbjj support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to reach a resolution within 14 business days.
If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through the informal process, you may escalate your complaint in accordance with any applicable consumer protection or dispute resolution mechanisms available in your jurisdiction.
